Andaman And Nicobar Trip Part 2

After reaching there the first thing we did was to check-in our hotel in Port Blair. Then after some adequate rest and breakfast  we went for sight seeing there. The first place we went to see was a saw mill and a museum in the same campus. There was also a bomb pit where a bomb was dropped by Britisher. The next spot was a Naval-Marine Museum Where various marine related things were there as the name goes. There were some fantastic fishes and other sea creatures as well as corals too. The next spot was a Anthropological museum related to the various tribes of that area. And then till it was afternoon we reached the cellular jail and roamed around inside it. The jail was a massively big structure and it had about 698 cells to capture the jailers. At that time, it was just a small island and it was built thinking that the Indian leaders captured there would not be able to escape from that small island. There we saw a light and sound show in the cellular jail dealing about the freedom fighters of India who were jailed there and the cruelty of the Britishers. All the incidents in the show were shown to be witnessed by the sun and a tree present there (pics are posted). The show was about of half-an hour. After that show, we went to dinner and then back to the hotel.    (for more pictures, go below)
