Andaman And Nicobar Trip Part 4

After the ending of the one and only night spent by us at the Havelock Island, the next morning we departed from Havelock island to Neil Island-another small Island of the group of islands again by a cruise. Reaching there the first thing-as usual was to check-in into the hotel. After that, we went to a "Bharatnagar" beach-not quite with the plan to get wet as it had just been done yesterday. The special thing there was the coral and fish viewing. There were 3 different types of activities done there viz. Scuba diving, glass bottom boat and snorkeling. We had done one activity-the glass bottom boat. It was such that we had to step in a boat that was with the bottom made of glass. That boat would take us to far off in the ocean-I mean just 250 to 500 meters, but that's quite enough for being drowned. When we were reached at the spot, I was being a little frightened as the ocean was full of current and even none of us knew to swim! But, if you throw away the fear and look down to through the glass, it is a wonderful experience. There, we could see fishes, corals, and even 40-50 feet deep bottom of the ocean as the water was very clean and pure-though salty. We saw this corals and fishes for 10-15 minutes and then headed towards the coast. There was nothing much to see there except this. But we still had a plenty of time and so we walked along the coast. There we found many beautiful corals and shells out there. I also collected a few, but while departing I saw a notice saying that it is denied to collect any type of corals and shells, so I had to leave it. The next spot was another beach where we had to walk along a very difficult tracking type of road leading to a natural bridge.

Our third and last spot for the day was another beach but for sunset seeing. There we saw the sun setting and then returned back to our hotel.
